A little worried about CPU temp that gets up to 180 F when watching TV via Media Center. 140-150 F normally.
There are a couple of ways to know. The first and most obvious is to look at all the programs that could use the camera. Like a browser or some other program that could utilize the camera.

Another method may or may not work. If you install PowerToys you can right click a file and it should tell you what is using the file.

So, you could right click the Dell Webcam central program and chose the right click context menu option "What's using this file." Or you could open Task Manager, find the process and right click the process and go to its location and then right click that process .EXE and chose "What's using this file."

Another method that might work is to use Process Hacker and look at the modules of the running process, i.e Dell Webcam Central and see what its using.

Process Hacker will trip an anti-virus software as a false positive.

(Use 1080p and full screen if you can).
