Hello,

I was wondering if I would be able to take the wireless card out of my netbook and use it in my desktop pc as my current one is becoming faulty due to age, and my netbook one has a better connection speed even though I'm in the same room...?

If this is possible could you please tell me how I would do this? As I rarely ever take my pc apart.

Regards

Peanut

I am going to most likely no.
The wireless cards I have seen in laptops and netbooks attach to the machine with a specialized slot that is not in a desktop machine. And the antenna is usually incorporated into the laptops housing.

USB wireless adapters are relatively cheap so I would go that route.
