Hello so for the past 2 days my laptop has been running weird it keeps trying to download updates then says it cant download and will revert back to previous state what is going on here also while I am here is there a programe that I can get to delete all the crap that came with the computer to free up space the laptop is only new and starting to mess around it is about to get smashed

Since this is a new computer, it is going to have a lot of bloatware with it that you most likely won't want. If you have backups of your data, you should do a complete reinstall to make sure it is clean. It was giving to me as a gift the other owner used it only a few times and as soon as I got it I done a clean reinstall

Then why did you install the bloatware if you don't want it? I'm sorry if this sounds rude, I am just curious. Follow the turtorial below to remove bloatware.
