Cannot connect to wireless

I have a Vaio laptop with Windows 7. Got on it one day but it just won't connect to wireless connection at all. Neither does my iphone, which is running 3G. I've already tried checking to make sure the wireless wasn't just switched off from my keyboard. But that wasn't the issue. And the weird thing is, every other laptop in the house have no trouble connecting. So I don't know what's going on.

I'm a newbie with computer technology.
