Cannot Identify Hard Drive

Thanks for the reply but I have no idea about my hard disk brand so I cannot run HP Diagnostic extended CD but I will run Sea Tools and quick wipe my hard disk. Thanks once again

Google the serial number which appears for your HD in BIOS, where the HD registers. It will report the make and model.

Seatools should report the make and model, or google the string it gives.
