Cannot map shared (with permissions set) drive \\office-server\c

I have two hard drives connected to our file/printer server and can reach all folders in the hard drives, but starting a month or so ago, all of a sudden, I am unable to reach the server itself. I can't imagine what changed. I can see the server in the map network drive routine, but get the error "Windows cannot access \\office-server\c." Shared PW is off, discovery is on, permissions are set to everyone... I'm baffled

Can you connect using IP? If so NetBIOS and Master browser aren't working
