Can't boot into Win7

I need a way to repair Win7 boot up.

I have a dual boot on this laptop.
The first OS is Win10
The second OS is Win 7 on the same drive in a different partition.
I can boot into Win10 with no problem
I have used EasyBCD to get a bootup menu
When I try to boot into Win7 I'm getting
Windows Failed to start
file: \Windows\system32\winload.efi
Status: 0xc000000f

Do you have any ideas how I can repair Win7 to boot?

If I boot up with a Win7 install disk (Like I normally would to repair boot up problems)
I get an error say:
This version of System Recovery Options is not compatable with the version of Windows you are trying to repair. Try using a recovery disk that is compatible with this version of Windows.

I'm guessing the Win7 recovery procedure is looking at Win10 and isn't smart enough to search for the Win7 partition.

If your original Win 7 OS install and Install disc are pre SP1, and you updated W7 to SP1 since the original install that could be the problem.
You need a W7 Install disc (or Repair disc) with SP1 to do a Startup Repair.

Did you update to SP1 since the original W7 install ?

The installed version is SP1. When it was installed I used a disk that included SP1
I did not do an in place update to Win7.
I'm currently using a DVD with the Same version of Win7 Ultimate w/SP1

Are you sure Win7 install disk will recognize Win7 on partition 4
I have on partition
1 EFI system partition
2 Reserved
3 Win10
4 Win 7
5 Backup Data
6 Recovery
This is a GPT drive

I have Legacy BIOS and use a MBR initialized disk for my OS's.
I have multi-boot PC's, and the W7 install disc always fixed my boot problems, no matter what other OS's are installed, or what partition W7 is in.

I have no personal experience doing a Startup Repair with UEFI BIOS, or a GPT initialized disk used for OS's

With A Legacy BIOS I have had the same experience as you.

With UEFI BIOS the boot information for both Win10 and Win7 is kept in the EFI partition.
It appears the Win7 setup disk isn't searching for the correct Win7 partition
It appears the Win10 setup disk doesn't work at all. I thought it might resolve boot problems for Win10 and Win7. It doesn't fix even the Win10 boot problems. I tried to repair the boot problem when it wouldn't boot into Win10. It didn't fix it. Now Win10 does boot properly and I tried a repair hoping it would find Win7. It says the same thing as before that it can't repair any boot problems.

I still need to find out how I can repair Win7 Boot up.
