Solved Can't eject USB thumb drive from System Tray, can in Computer

Basically as the title says... I can't eject the USB thumb drive from the system tray icon, it says the device is in use, even though it's not, but I can right click on it in Computer and hit eject and it ejects... any ideas?

It's just started recently, even if I restart the computer and simply plug it in and do nothing but go to eject it... works fine from Computer... but not the system tray icon or from Devices and Printers.

What was causing it for me was OCZ's SSD Guru program, I use to monitor my SSD.
