Hello Brink you have helped me out in the past and I was hoping you could see it in your heart to help me again my laptop a lenovo y 570 that was running win 7 sp1 home premium has started to have an big issue I cant get in to safe mode and cant boot in to normal mode either! I don't not have an original windows disk just a usb bootable flash drive with a torrent of win 7 sp1 home premium and a Window 8.1 original 64 bit install disk my friend said I could use the win 8.1 disk to reset my laptop or to repair it or restore it and it amazingly enough did have those options but it has told me it was locked when I tried to reset it and I cant remember the password any way not that it gave me that option but I also tried to restore it to an earlier time and it said there was a partion missing that is required to restore it im just stumped All it will do wont get passed the windows sky wallpaper when it trys to boot please help!
