Can't Install Windows 7 - Windows is Starting Problem

Hi, my device is ASUS E402N.
I tried almost everything but can't install Windows 7 stuck on the Windows is Starting with logo.
I disabled secure boot.
There is no other option in BIOS such as Legacy mode.
There is no option to change the SSD mode.
I can't find anything related with the boot. There is only fast boot option - disabled -.
I can't install Windows 7.

CPU is Intel Celeron 3350.
SSD is SanDisk SD8SBAT128G1002.

Search asus.com in your region for your exact model. There is probably a bios update

I updated the BIOS to the latest one. Still no luck. BIOS is very limited.

If you give us the exact model, maybe there an explanation in the manual.

I don't see E402N listed at asus support UK.

If it the one linked earlier in the thread, you can check for a manual

Win 7 isn't compatible with secure boot and I don't see any option to disable secure boot.
It can be that you can't install win 7 on your computer.
Then the options would be win 10 and Linux.

Secure boot is disabled.
