Solved cant really figure out whats wrong

Please remove post

today i was factory resetting my computer when it over heated in the middle and turned off when i turned it back on it freezes saying setup is starting services then a window pops up saying "windows could not finish configuring the system. to attempt to resume configuration,restart the computer."
i will love some help thanks

Generally, people do not reset PC to factory condition without a good reason. Might the reason(s) contributed to the failed reset?

Also, I had done a reset recently and one warning during the process was "the PC may be rebooted several times during the process". Did you inadvertently interrupt the process?

Finally, was there another attempt at reset? If so, did that fail?

my pc used to over heated every single day and it shut down by itself.. i just got fans under the laptop and the problem was fixed...

Did you try reinstalling Windows?

Are you using a Laptop or a Desktop system?
Over heating could be due to dust blocking the air circulation. Did you try cleaning it?
