I've got some corruption problems and want to run a repair from my installation DVD (7 Pro, x64), but it gives me an error message that there is insufficient space on my C drive. It's only a 120G SSD, and I've removed everything that I think I can without creating worse problems. I've got multiple hard drives, all 500G, and I'd like to move my system files to and boot up from one of them either temporarily, so that I can install a new, larger SSD as my C drive, or permanently, and just leave the small C drive as a non-boot drive. If neither of those is practical, I'd appreciate any other suggestions for getting me out of a tight corner. Thanks!

DO NOT try and move your boot to one of you HDD. You will end up with your PC not booting at all. Windows only takes up about 40 GB so the other 80 GB is stuff you can move to one of the HDD. Any Files, Pictures, Documents can be moved. You can also move any programs to the HDD, but it is suggested that you keep programs on your SSD if possible. What is taking up so much room?

Just reinstall windows on your 120 GB ssd, takes 15 minutes or less.

A 120 GB ssd is more then enough space for windows and should never run out of space.
