My taskbar turned into Windows classic and I'm unable to use Aero themes so I searched what to do then it said to go to services and turn themes on,and when I tried an error popped up

The error:
Windows could not start the Themes service on Local Computer

Error 1075:The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion

Start->Run->regedit->HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/Themes. Check "DependOnService". If the value is something like "IThemes5.dll" (what it was for me), double click it, delete it from the value data, then restart your computer. Should be fixed. Also scanning for malware afterwards would be a good idea.

EDIT: Yes, I restarted my whole computer instead of just starting the service :/
