I've had my laptop for 2 or 3 years and have never had this issue. After powering down yesterday, when turning it on, the Caps Lock key is engaged and no matter what I do (quick press, sustained press of button) it won't turn off and therefore my windows password isn't working (no caps). I've tried searching for a solution but everything indicates a 'stuck' key can be turned off via the control panel but I can't even get there b/c I can't login.
I've powered down two full times now to no avail.
Please help - it is probably something stupid but I don't know where else to look
