Solved Changing background screen color for Microsoft Office Outlook 2007

Is it possible to change my background color for Microsoft Office Outlook 2007?
My computer system specifications are below:

Windows 7 Home Premium (x64)
Service Pack 1 (build 7601)

512 kilobyte primary memory cache
2048 kilobyte secondary memory cache

if you mean the layout color then yes it is possible but limited to only 3 colors: blue,silver & black.
click on >tools>options>mail format tab>editor options & there you will see a screen like this
