PLEASE HELP - Chrome Remote Desktop ambiguity!

I want to use Chrome Remote Desktop to access a remote PC.
The instructions I have found to do that tell me exactly how to install Chrome Remote Desktop on my Windows-7 PC.
This is wonderful; however, they never tell me how to access the remote PC.

Must I have done something / anything on the remote PC to allow me to access it?

If so, what?

I'm stymied by what I view as incomplete installation instructions.

My need is simple, access a Windows-10 PC from a Windows-7 PC using Chrome Remote Desktop.

Is it possible?

If so how?

Thank you in advance for your feedback.

PS From the number of Views vs Replies, it must not be possible!
