Classic theme that replace 7 Basic Theme?

Hey there guys.

I wonder if there's a theme that could change Windows 7's basic theme for something... more beautiful?

I know for a fact that it can be changed because, in Vista, right now, I'm using an advanced theme (using Tune Up Utilities 2k9) that has changed the basic theme for something a little more beautiful.

I don't know if there is a theme for Windows 7 that would change it to a classic theme like Luna (WinXP) or, better, Royale while keeping the Aero Theme intact?

Or maybe someone could make this?

Anyway, anything that looks like that?

There's some starting information on patching uxtheme at this thread:

and a few themes up at deviant art, for vista basic but they *might work*. I haven't had any luck, all these patches seem to be for build 7100, which is, alas, not what I'm running. If you do get something going, please post back to this thread so I can see what has worked for others.
