Hello!
I've noticed that my computer is underperforming after that I have done a factory reset using the Acer eRecovery Management. Windows Experience Index shows lower values, the boot is slower, and my CPU seems to go worse. It can go up to 60-70% at startup. It didn't when I had just bought the computer, which is the period when I had not reset the computer.
I wonder if I can I format the c-drive and then do a clean install of the operating system using the factory restore discs...? Is it possible to do without doing any harm to my computer or restore disc? But the big question is: Does it work?
