Clean Refurbished Win7 Pro Laptop, wondering what is to install

ALso, Mega asked if there is anything missing as far as Device Manager - there is, but I only discovered it because I clicked on each of the items to get to

dropdown menu. What's missing is uner "Other Devices" the "Base System Device". It says the driver is missing. I did a search on the laptop to see if it
exists but it does not. I did a search online but it took a while and I lost patience. Is this important ton have?

Let's see if we can find the "Base System Device" driver.
Open Device manager
Select "Other Devices" and then "Base System Device".
Right click on the Base System Device then properties.
On the Properties window select Details tab and on the pull down menu select Hardware ID.
Select fist line, right click and copy the string.
Paste the here Hardware ID here. It should be a string like this:

PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_E0001458&REV_15
