I am sorry atat, but only a few of us here can understand that language.
There are a million different Application Errors, and there is no way to tell what the problem is with that amount of information. Could you please translate the entire message for us?

When i start the game, the same error comes when i start singleplayer and mp

Can't do that, it pops out a little window whit this: "Reject the process. Operation could not be completed. Access denied." I don't know if it's the correct translation.

Does not work. It worked when i had windows xp, but when i changed to seven it stopped working.
