COD WAW no Dismemberment or Zombies

I got the PC English version of Cod WAW and played till the end to get to Nazi Zombies. Game told me it was unlocked after I finished campaign but the map is not under Mission Select in Solo or Game Setup in Co-orp. I now realise that throughout the whole game I saw no dismemberment, only blood splashes like COD 4. Could anyone help me or tell me a site that will help me?

It's been a while since I played that one, but isn't there a parental lock option, or something similar in the options menu?

Unless it is indeed a censored version.

If your talking about the switch thing in options that has an option for restricted or unrestricted content, its on unrestricted. If I put it on restricted, there is no blood at all. Can you tell me info about censored versions? i thought only Germany had those and some other countries. Thing is, they also got the flamethrower cut out yet I have it.
