Laptop is Peresario CQ62. there is a (HP) bar similar to the task bar that can be located either at top or bottom of screen. Has the 'hide-min/max-&-close (top right corner). I dont want to be removing stuff the system needs, not even sure what its called. (I got this computer "and 20 more!" from a vendor who U/G's business's computers.) (most were junk, -> one a Hitachi laptop with 720 MEG hdd & Win 95 installed, works but really worthless!)
Anybody know what I am talking about? How to remove it.
Now I also thought maybe it is listed in Programs and Features if so just uninstall it - it is after all only bloatware by the sounds of things and just think if you clean installed that machine it would not be on it and makes the point of why is it needed eh?
I have clean installed a few Toshibas and the bloat doesn't get much worse than what they put on originally and truly all of the bloat is just not needed.
