On a win7proSP1-64bit-patch-slipstreamed Install, I am inclined to gut trustedinstaller again from all files and directories, however am noting subtle problems in doing so on this recent installation.
To conserve HDD space, how may I Compress the HDD in its entirety without IT getting in the way?
on a related thought,
which other files/directories can be considered superfluous, prime for deletion.
i.e. \ManifestCache\ and \Installer\
this is a static system, that once the select programs are installed, nothing more is going to be added, and should anything catastrophic happen, it is my want to just fry the HDD and reinstall the whole OS via an image.
Thanks for assistance and insight.
