Compressed (zipped) Folders

Ok another annoying thing on Windows 7. I never saw this pop-up before.

Since this week this pop-up is appearing out of nowhere.

I don't even know what I have to do to show up. I'm simply navigating on the Windows Explorer. I don't use any options, just browsing. And it appears on my face.

How can I disable it? And does anybody know why?

Btw, I didn't install any new program on this time.
