It's difficult to believe such benchmarking when they're so obviously favoring one over the others. WinRar "heavyweight"? WinZip "old school"? Seems like the guy never used neither of them.
I've been using WinRar for years, and forced to use 7Zip in work for some time too. 7Zip has nice performance and a great ratio generally, but only marginally better than WinRar, but WinRar has a LOT more options and a far better usability that makes it worthwhile. WinZip is THE standard, but technically has a lot to improve.
