Hi I need help, the time I run Windows Defender that scans my computer start it all. I don't know what it did.

Now, everytime my computer went crash to restart it goes to bootmgr is missing, my OS won't load because it wont read my HDD or my HDD is gone for awhile, my HDD is missing. If I shuts down my CPU and start up again, after putting up my usable HDD in start up before windos OS will launch, I am able to recover it but the crash are frequent specially if I am downloading. I dont know what it really caused it all started when I run the windows defender then boom. Is it hardware or OS? there are also weird sound coming from my CPU, it sounds like a ticking sound of a clock, slower.

Anyone? please help I don't have any CD cos I have this OS on a technician

Its not os problem. The file may be deleted or name changed accidentally. It may be from any problem,we can't confirm it happened from where.windows same cd can help it to get back the same stage.i forgot the menu. But you place the cd while boot up,it boot up from windows direct cd and gives some menu.you can opt from there to get back the current working stage.
