Computer crashes when waking up

Hi, sometimes when coming out of sleep mode I'll be greeted with the boot screen. Upon logging into Windows, I get the "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown" error:

I've had this computer for about a one-two years, I've done a couple(three) factory resets though.
CPU: Intel Celeron 900 2.20GHz
Ram: 2GB

I've had this about 3-4 times this week, not a really big problem and kinda annoying. Can anyone help me please?

Caused by: Intel Matrix Storage Manager driver (iaStor.sys)

so I recommend you to install the newest one avaible from Intel: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/ ;)

I found the driver but when installing it says the current version I have is newer then the one I'm about to install. I can't find any other versions of it either. Could you possibly post the link to the latest one?

Try just removing that driver :)
