Computer Freeze While loading random things

I load videos on Youtube, I load random pages or anything and sometimes my computer freezes. The computer makes no noise, but the mouse is stuck in place. I simply reset the computer to fix it, but this has been happening too often.

I went into my event viewer and heres what I pulled up. Can anyone tell me the problem?







PS: I have Windows home 7 Prem 64 Bit.
