Im having problems in the late with this issue. I tried to switch RAM's in other slots, didn't help. I tried to run MemTest for 3-4 hours, 3 passes went without any error. Then i reformatted Windows and still i got errors. Sometimes days are passing before it suddenly happen, sometimes 2-3 times per day. Its really annoying, cause this is "almost" a new computer, only 1 year old builded by me. Problems started some 4-5 months ago

EDIT: sfc /scannow didn't show any error whatsoever

For monitoring the heat/celsius of the system, use Speccy or HWinfo:

Please uninstall ESET antivirus and SPYBOT replace with MSE (at least to test). Look for the relevant removal tool from google to uninstall.

Recommended antivirus program for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:-
Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

Hi, thanks for helping me out. I have tried
1. I have reinstalled Windows, and i have installed only a couple of programs on my newly fresh installation of Windows. I have also installed Kaspersky (Trial version for 30 days) just test it with another AV program. Also the Malwarebytes is installed too, and he found some errors and possible Trojans which it cleaned yesterday. Computer worked normaly for almost a 24h shift and then freezed 2 times in 10min - in a Steam game "DOTA 2"
2. a) Monitoring my GPU temps, they're <35°C idle, <76°C in Furmark stress test with Xtreme Burning Mode. I have tested it for 5 minutes and temps didnt go higher than 75-76°C. I know that 5 minutes is not enough, but im sure that i can't achieve over that temperatures with game that i play and that is DOTA 2. Today my computer froze 2 times in 10min while i was playing it.
2. b) I have stress tested my CPU with Prime95 for over 10 minutes. Again i know that is not enough but im kinda impatient and afraid to overstress my system with those tasks... My idle CPU temps are 28°C, and 65°C in Prime95. Computer didn't froze neither on GPU or CPU stress test
3. I have also scanned system file with that command: sfc /scannow. Everything seems to be fine
4. Disk check also didn't find any problems on any of my disks/partitions.

I guess im having a hardware issue, more than a software one

Here are the new files

EDIT: I was testing my CPU with Prime95 for half hour, still the same temperatures with no freezing

Hello, let's start testing your hardware. First, run memtest86+ for 7 passes or until you get errors. It will take quite a few hours, so best to run it overnight. You have to have a lot of patience testing hardware, it takes a long time. Also, if you are overclocking anythind, please stop. Set BIOS to optimized defaults, and set the sata controller to the mode you want (IDE or AHCI) and set the boot order with DVD/CD drive 1st and hard drive 2nd for right now., save and exit.

Did you install any new hardware or software immediately before beginning to get the freezing problem?

I have probably solved all of my problems by simply disableing one of the audio drivers in my device manager. I have found this as a solution to my problem by searching the internet, as none of the test on my hardware wasn't showing any defects (cpu, ram, hard, gpu all working well and stable).
