Computer not turning on

last night my pc was running, suddenly it powered of itself. then i manually powered it on, this happen for two times, third time as same as previous it turned of, then i tried to on it again but my pc wont turned on,

after powering on - power light not turning on, but processor fans are running, in monitor "no connection"

then i reinstalled ram, but no solution. is it problem of mobo or power supply unit?
