Computer powers off when I run photoshop CC 2014

My computer goes to a black screen and powers off when I run Photoshop CC 2014.

I don't get any warning messages, and no errors are visible.

I have spent about 6 hours on the phone with Dell's tech support and the problem persists. It happens every time I open Photoshop, regardless of if the program is active. It takes Photoshop about 2-3 minutes to crash my system.

I have run DM Log Collector and the zip file is attached.

I appreciate any help I can get!

Hi, if you are running a UPS try by pass it.
Also what is the brand name and power output of your power supply and also how old.

Thanks for the suggestions on by-passing the UPS. It is Fellows brand. I'll try that & reply back if it corrects the issue.
