Solved Computer won't boot up

Here is my situation every time that I turn on computer I got an error Run dll and it refers to c:\users\...\AppData\local\Bus Plugin\Bin\BusPlugin.dll (computer is Sony VAIO notebook Model: PCG-71912L) so in order to troubleshoot I went to msconfig selective startup didn't help disable startup items didn't help so then I decide to uncheck load system services under selective startup and when I restarted the computer it just shows me the mouse with a black background. I tried to restart in Safe Mode but same thing. How can I change the settings in msconfig under this situation. Thanks

If you press ctrl + alt+ del does task manager appear?

If so, click on File then New Task.
Type Explorer in the run box.

If your desktop now appears, go back into selective startup and correct your mistake.

No it doesn't. Nothing happened.
Any other ideas I'd appreciate it
