Constant bsods with different errors, oftne 124.

I am having random crashes currently and cannot pin down the cause. I get different error messages, the most common being a 124 but including others such as 101 and 100007e. I sometimes get a message in the blue screen saying a clock interrupt was not received. This happens most often when playing games but sometimes when not doing so.

I have already ran memtest86 with no errors and used hotcpu tester with no errors found.

System Specs:
Gpu: msi gtx 1060
Cpu: Amd fx-8350
ssd: samsung 850 evo
Motherboard: asus m5a97 r 2.0
Ram: gskill 8gb ddr3
Windows 7

I am not overclocking anything, have already cleaned the dust out of my system, and have even tried using driver verify. Using the driver verify, i crashed with a message indicating that the driver asusupio.sys was trying to corrupt the kernel. Since doing so i have reinstalled my bios and uninstalled the Asus AIsuite, which has not fixed the problem at all.

Reinstall Asus AIsuite, then uninstall it with IObituninstaller

You most likely have remnants of it causing BSOD

It is better to use Revo Uninstaller instead of IObit uninstaller.

Ok, i have uninstalled Aisuite with this method, it may have solved the driver related crashes, as i have not gotten any of those since, but i believe i a still getting a crash due to failing power supply, as a 124 code. Next i am trying to underclock/undervolt my gpu and cpu to see if that solves it. I was given this advice by a tech guy i know when i talked to him about it.

The thing is, these crashes only seem to happen in one game mostly, so it could also be a problem with the game in addition to my pc.

It is better to use Revo Uninstaller instead of IObit uninstaller.

I agree, I have used Revo Uninstaller for years and it certainly does get rid of any leftovers if you do the full scan for leftovers after the initial uninstall!

Researching your error ...124 everything points to hardware. I suspect graphics card & it is my understanding, PSUs BSOD would occur with other programs as well.
Perused details regarding Hot CPU, nothing indicates GPU stressing.

Glad to hear it looks like you corrected your BSOD issue.

I downloaded Hot CPU and I couldn't find anything on GPU stressing!
May I ask which program you used? Just curious.
