Solved copy modified and long path files

Hi
I have windows 7 on my laptop and I want to automatically sync only the modified data daily on a file named "GIA" to a remote windows server 2012 , how can I copy the too long pathname files !!
any idea to start?

Daily, manually I copy some data from my laptop which works with windows 7 to a remote server (windows server 2019), I need to transfer only the new data, not the whole file every time.
The second problem is about the long pathname, which means that the file path length is over 256 characters!

Cant you use built in robocopy as that can be set to copy only files that have changed

already I use Robocopy and I didnt find any way to do this , can you show me how ?

Thanks samuria , I will try the tool"RoboMirror" on your link and also I found a free tool called "SyncToy" , I will give it also and feed you back

Both RoboMirror & SyncToy are great and simple tools for simple syncing, but uncertainty both didn't do what I need, my colleague recommended GoodSync but it was very expensive and after doing a full search I found the tool Gs Richcopy360 and there was an offer 50% discount via coupon code which I found in a website, I tested the trial version first , it worked very well then I applied the code, and I got the tool now .
The code was (BLKFSPL50) , I think it still works
