Solved Corrupt Recycle Bin

Recycle bin works but it is corrupted. I discovered this when running Windows repair for another issue,which was corrected. It does work fine,however Windows repair shows this as a problem. I used command prompt as directed and it tells me that the recycle bin is not empty.
