Could my PCIx16 slot be the cause of 3 bad graphics card fans?

That is straight on, I dont have a tower but a box... I'll take a front view for you to see what I'm talking about...

Meant straight on inside. One thing with it being that way is it isn't gravity that would cause the card to warp. It could be as Dwarf suggested that there is a slight mis-alignment somewhere that is causing it. Another thing that can cause it is if there is any tension where the extra power connection on the card is, either pushing or pulling in either direction.

That was why the request or a straight on shot, as from the first one you posted you can't tell how much room there is between the end of the card and the hard drive cage. If there isn't enough room between the two and if the cable isn't flexible enough, it can cause the card to warp.

The first thing I noticed you got 4 lbs. of stuff crammed into a 2 lb. case. Cable laying on things and possibility of cable pulling to tight causing things to warp or stop fans from running at times. Cables getting warm and sagging on things. When the card gets warm, which is normal the tugging of the cables will warp the card and create a poor cable connection. Any time something is getting that hot inside a case other things can be damaged also.From your pictures I see very little chance of air flow through that case. I have never seen or heard of cooling fans warping due to heat. That would take a lot of heat for a extended amount of time. So how to fix the problem. 1) Larger case with proper air flow. 2) Proper cable management. 3) Check the slot on the Mother Board for damage or signs of burnt any place on the mother board. 4) Make sure your fans are rotating in the proper direction for the way they are mounted. These are the things that I would start with. As mentioned before, the mounting of the card to the case can warp the card once it reaches operation temperature.
