Solved Crash inconsistent. Not always BSOD. Entire system has been rebuilt

The crashes only happen for one person. I ran the system for two weeks, doing stress tests and running every application. I cannot duplicate the problem. But for the person in question sometimes it just reboots, sometimes as BSOD, sometimes it hangs.

The M.2 SSD had fried. Dell replaced the drive and the OS, but I'm concerned the motherboard is shot and I've just been 'lucky' when testing.

Drivers are all up to date, BIOS too. It happens most when disconnecting from it's docking station, but -- once again -- I can't force a crash. And I've tried.

Any insight would be appreciated. I've uploaded 3 mini dumps.

Sending the unit back to Dell instead. Thanks anyway.

If the crash happens for only one person, then create a new Windows user account for that one person and have them log in on the new account.

I use Samba to share my data drive with the other computers at my house and with my guest session in VMWare Workstation Player.
The entire machine was rebuilt from scratch and the problems remained so making a new user account would not help. And the users data files (which had been scanned for malware/viruses) were copied from his backup machine -- which works fine.

Anyway, I sent the unit to Dell because I finally got it to bomb consistently (under any account) by initiating massive file copies and letting power management turn off the screen (and nothing else). Turning off power management meant no more problems.

I should hear from them this week.
