can someone please create this image to standard win7 icon file please help me?

Okay stand by I believe you need a different size the others were 256x
What size icons do you use ? medium ?

I got the previous image from Google search for a better quality image to work with
I did very little to it so that first image is on the net already all I did it add the black circle around it and a white background then added the blue square

So you want the website text back on one and cleaned up ?
