That's what the ISO file is creating for you.

You would just use your current product key number on your COA sticker to activate it with when finished.

You shouldn't lose any data, but I would strongly recommend to backup anything that you do not want to lose to be on the safe side. Anything can happen.

But how come i have a 319GB hard drive now but before i had a 500GB hard drive?
Does Dual Boot affect the repair install?

Please go ahead and post back with a screenshot of your Disk Management (diskmgmt.msc) window showing it's full layout to see if it may reveal what's up with the HDD.

i just need to know how to merge the free space with my hard drive. BTW, Linux was uninstalled because of the repair install but i was planning on removing it anyway so thanks!

You could delete the 128 GB "Free space" partition to make it "unallocated space", then you well be able to extend C into the "unallocated space" to have it all on C.
