Deleting Win Updates

I purchased a refurb a couple of years ago and it had alot of updates installed from 2015.
I don't want to uninstall the updates, just remove the entries from my system.
Can I delete these updates from my system ?

providing you are upto date, update wise, use the MS diskcleaner tool, its specifically designed to remove superceeded ones.

Appreciate your reply...I have never updated...The old updates on my system were
there when I bought the computer...Think I'll just leave them in place...
