A few months ago, I bought a Dell Latitude 3189 off eBay for like $50 bucks as a secondary laptop. It came with Windows 10, but I "downgraded" it to Windows 7 to see how the experience would be. It took some searching to find the essential drivers, but I got wireless, aero, sound, etc. working well. However, I cannot find a working touchpad driver. The Dell downloads page says that the laptop only supports Windows 10. Yeah, right. I looked up "touchpad" and it recommends Windows Update. That is solid advice for Windows 10, but not for Windows 7. I used Driver Booster and other driver lookup tools to no avail. Right now the touchpad *works*, but scrolling with two fingers as well as pinch gestures don't work. Scrolling is currently a nightmare. Please help me find a working driver, or at least find a workaround for scrolling. I know a mouse would work fine, but I am focused on the laptop being decently usable even with the touchpad.
