Microsoft have now sorted out the bug in the desktop icon for "Feedback Tool". MSDN and Technet subscribers can now submit bugs through this. You need to have activated with a key provided by either of those programs.
You must sign in through
http://connect.microsoft.com/InvitationUse...=MSDN-D7QX-9PRC
You can then start to use the "Feedback Tool"
