Desktop icon position issue with modified theme.

Well on boot now it forces a bunch of icons up one row now and to actually move them back you have to set the task bar to auto hide move them then unset that, then they stay where they're meant to be.

If you try moving them while the taskbar is normal they refuse to go there as if the taskbar is intersecting theme.

If nobody has an actual solution as to how to fix this does anyone know how to write a batch file at least that toggles the taskbar to autohide then tells actual multiple monitors to restore the icon order then turns off autohide taskbar?

Also would really love a solution though, thanks.
