Device Driver Error

Hello, I have a question about the following error
I discovered in my Device Manager:

The message reads:

The hardware was not installed because the
wizard cannot find the necessary software.

? Other devices
? Ethernet Controller
? SM Bus Controller
? Video Controller
? Video Controller (VGA Compatible)

I wanted to find out how I can go about
fixing these errors. I'm using a Dell computer
with Windows Service Pack 2 installed.

Welcome to the forum. It should be a simple matter of going to Dells site enter your tag number and it should give you all the drivers for your pc get the ethernet first as then you can get the net on the PC to download the others
