'did not complete backup' error code 0x81000019.

Hi
Had many attempts at backup - all failed. Explanation offered by Windows 7 is that there is insufficient disc space available although there is 700MB on internal drive and 1TB on external HD I have also tried.
Can anyone please help?

If you have sufficient hard disk space, run CCleaner or Disk Cleanup Utility, Volume Shadow Copy may not work properly if available space on any drive is less than 40% - I think. So use Disk Management to change disk size if you feel.
Disable your security software temperorily and see if it helps.
