Hi
I have a Dell XPS 8700 Desktop running win 7 pro 64 bit. I just noticed that my C drive shows ad disc 1 and not disc zero. The blue sata cable from the mobo is plugged into my C drive but shows as disc 1..

The cables are all correct, I even unplugged the Disc 1 and 2 and left the C drive plugged into the blue cable and restarted the PC and that showed that the blue sata cable was plugged in correctly and it read disc 0 as it should.

So plugged in the other HDD and restarted the PC same issue disc 1 shows as disc 0 and vice versa.

Can I just leave this or will it harm something, this is a PC that is used very little and that is probably why I never noticed it.

Any fix besides swapping the cables as that is not the issue
