Solved Display becomes cropped/smaller post boot on monitor

OK let us know how things look after you install that card and it`s drivers.

Get the latest drivers for it directly from nvidia.

Welcome to NVIDIA - World Leader in Visual Computing Technologies

DO NOT FORGET to un install the AMD drivers and software before you pull the AMD card.

Got a new GT730 graphics. Same low end. Works well. No more cropped issues. It is a driver issue with the radeon card specific to the HDMI port. Before I placed the new card, I uninstall the drivers for the old card with the old car in it, then the display became normal and no longer cropped.

It isn't a bug, it's designed like that, AMD always underscan HDMi because people were always complaining that their TV's and monitors weren't showing them the full picture, to disable it, you need to have advanced mode enabled for CCC, go to GPU scaling and enable "full screen", it will fix it.

Already did that prior. All is done anyway.I got a replacement card. I've also managed to sell the AMD card to a friend on FB who wanted to use it in dual monitor mode. It works fine on her computer. At least I got some money back to cover the card.
