Hello,

Recently I have been getting display only crashes ("display driver not responding", haven't got a screencap of the exact message). This occurs whilst playing games and usually having Chrome open.
I have two monitors running 1920x1080, one on HDMI and the other on DVI (if that makes any difference).
Both screens will go black and then come back on, will sometimes crash the game I'm playing and make all Chrome windows black (not always).

I am running a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960, here's what I have tried so far:
1. Uninstall and reinstall drivers - Currently on v382.53
2. Cleaned out inside using air duster
3. Modified Timeout Detection and Recovery as per https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2665946/display-driver-stopped-responding-and-has-recovered-error-in-windows

I checked using FurMark and ran it for 5 mins, with a steady temp of around 72C.

[SOLVED]
So after reinstalling windows and continuing to get random display crashes, I decided to take another look inside my case.
Turns out my cable management was extremely poor and there were a couple of cables which were touching the graphics card.
I took out the card and tied up all of the loose cables. So far so good and no more problems!
