Dot and comma

Regards to evryone.

I'm not sure did i get right place for this question, but is it possible to have DOT on numeric keyboard instead of comma when you set dot for decimal separator?

Thanks Jonathan, i allready did that and no results. I made ask because on XP no matter is on numeric keypad symbol of dot or comma, you have (depend of regional settings) decimal separator, but on Windows 7 there is comma allways and i don't want it.
