As far as I know only 16-bit colour mode is supported in virtualisation.

If you disable Integration Features in the tools menu, you can use 32 bit and adjust your screen resolution.

Nevermind my question. I figured it out but, it doesn't stay 32bit in full screen. Is this happening to anyone else?

You'd have to go to Tools- Settings- Integration Features- Uncheck Enable at Startup.

I haven't used VPC 07 but It appears that it does according to this thread.

If you would want to use virtual pc for xp mode, you'd want the RC here, not the beta though.
